Greece
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
Orders over 50 Euros (up to 2KG in weight) are not charged with shipping costs if a bank, credit / debit or paypal payment is selected. There is a fee if you pay upon delivery in the Courier Service and it is applied only if this method is selected.
Orders less than 50 Euros and over 2 kilos are shipped by courier at consignee's charge (for heavy objects depending on weight).
Shipping cost for shipments of less than 50 € (up to 2kg) are 4 € (VAT included).
Payment with cash on delivery to ELTA Courier is charged with 3 € (VAT included) and if you prefer GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI Courier the fee is 6 € (VAT included) if this company is selected.
The exact shipping costs for anywhere in Greece are automatically displayed in the shopping cart and there is a choice of alternative shipping or receipt methods.

Your orders are shipped within 48 hours, ie 1-2 business days. In some cases where the availability of the products is different (indicated on the product) you will be notified of the exact delivery date. If your order can not be executed for reasons of force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to indicate if you wish us to complete it.
Please note that for distance of more than 20 km from cities where there is a courier service and some distant islands, there may be an additional delay in delivery.
Europe
Shipment to Europe can be made with the DHL courier company or with ELTA by contacting the customer via e-mail and informing him about the corresponding debit of the consignee.
The charge per shipment varies depending on the country of dispatch, and there must have been an agreement prior to the completion of the order, as well as whether or not the package is to be accompanied by security.

Please note the following important:
* Your order can not change delivery address once it leaves our company.
* All orders require a signature from the recipient upon delivery.
* If the courier does not find you at the address you stated, he will leave you an alert note to contact him and arrange a new delivery time.
* Orders within Greece are delivered from 9.00 am until 8.00 pm (depends on delivery area)
* If you wish to receive your order from a courier store, please contact us to inform you of the nearest store.
* In case of incorrect address or incomplete information, our company is not responsible for delays in receipt of orders.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. The package is well- protected.
